— Знання інструментів управління проєктами Jira та Confluence
— Досвід бюджетування, прогнозування та розподілення ресурсів в проєктах

— Сильні комунікативні навички

— Англійська - B2/C1+

— Знання системи контроля версій (наприклад, Git, SVN) та процесів DevOps
— Наявність сертифікату (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile Scrum Master)

Що потрібно буде робити:

— Координувати роботу команди по розробці проєкта, забезпечуючи узгодженість між продуктом, бізнесом, розробкою, контролем якості та операціями

— Проєктувати та розставляти пріорітети по розробці

— Планувати та контролювати виконання задач
— Проводити регулярні оновлення статусу, звіти про хід роботи з клієнтами та зацікавленими сторонами

— Розробляти детальні плани проекту, включаючи обсяг, терміни, ресурси та бюджет

— Визначати  цілі проекту та критерії успіху разом із зацікавленими сторонами

— Вести проєктну документацію, включаючи звіти, протоколи зустрічей і журнали рішень

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Financial Reporting Analyst/Specialist to join our team.

Qualifications: 
3+years of experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or similar roles (Financial Reporting Analyst/Specialist, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Audit Senior/Assistant Manager)
Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/US/UK GAAP)
- Experience with management accounts, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge and application of internal control principles.
- English - Intermediate+

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting

Consolidate data from group entities into financial reports, update and verify key financial metrics for accuracy, and review and adjust journal entries while preparing reconciliations.

- Variance Analysis

Monitor budget-to-actual performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, investigate discrepancies, and escalate significant issues to the finance lead.

- Collaboration

Collaborate with finance team members across entities to gather, review, and reconcile data, and coordinate with department heads to validate forecasts and spending trends.

- Management Accounts Preparation

Prepare draft management accounts, discuss findings with the CFO or finance lead, and highlight key trends or risks identified during the preparation process.

- Ad Hoc Support

Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives and respond to management or departmental queries related to financial reports. Support external and internal financial audits.
- Annual Financial Reporting and Audit

Assist with preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Support statutory reporting and liaise with auditors during year-end audits.

- Budgeting and Actual Monitoring

Assist CFO with preparation of budgets, then monitor and analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with department heads to ensure spending aligns with company goals.

- Monthly Management Accounts

Compile monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, providing insights through KPIs and variance analysis, and assist CFO in preparing leadership/shareholders presentations.

- Process Improvement  

Suggest enhancement to the financial reporting processes, support automation  initiatives for efficiency, and support strong controls and accuracy in financial data across all entities."
