Google Ads Account Strategist

Our client is a marketing solution that supports medium-sized direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in promoting their products on major online advertising platforms. We’re proud partners with Meta Marketing and Google.

We are looking for a Google Ads Account Strategist to ensure the success of Google Ads campaigns for a specific customer segment. This role is a hybrid of a PPC Manager and an Account Manager, focusing on both campaign performance optimization and client success.

Our customers are Small & Medium eCommerce brands based in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

 

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage & Optimize Google Ads Shopping Campaigns
     
    • Oversee Google Ads campaigns for our clients, ensuring they drive sales growth and achieve high ROAS.
    • Guide clients strategically, helping them maximize revenue through Adwisely-powered paid ads.
    • Analyze key metrics, develop and implement strategies to consistently enhance advertising performance.
  2. Client Communication & Support via email
     
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about progress and performance.
    • Provide clear and actionable insights via regular email updates.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and help clients understand campaign performance.
  3. Onboard New Clients
     
    • Guide new customers through the initial setup, and best practices via email.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, addressing questions and setting realistic expectations.

 

What You Need

  1. Experience with Google Ads Advertising
     
    • Experience managing paid ads for eCommerce brands.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and Performance Max / shopping campaigns.
    • Understanding of ad strategy development to enhance ROAS and sales.
  2. Client Communication & Account Management
     
    • Fluent written English — ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email/chat.
    • Passion for customer engagement, problem-solving, and client success.

       

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience in customer support, account management, or customer success.
  • Worked in a digital advertising agency.
  • Experience helping Shopify merchants grow their businesses through paid ads.
  • Experience with Intercom or Zendesk for customer communication.
