Junior Media Buyer/ Performance Marketer

Position: Performance Marketer at K&K Media

Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)

Working Hours: from 13:00 to 21:00 (Kyiv time), or until 22:00-00:00 PM.

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer specialized in Meta and TikTok advertising. The role involves managing ad campaigns, tracking, and working with attribution models and GA4, and etc., but excludes Google Ads management.
 

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Ensure effective budget management and ad performance tracking.
• Collaborate with our international team to develop and refine media buying strategies.

• Interact with colleagues&clients to optimize ad spend and increase ROI.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing projects for English-speaking markets.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher), with excellent communication skills.
• Strong track record in media buying within e-commerce and/or educational product sectors.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools.
• Practical experience working with TikTok Shop, including campaign management and performance optimization.

• High level of self-organization, independence, and proactive attitude.
