Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth in India and Bangladesh. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital strategies, optimize online marketing tools, and analyze campaign performance. Your role will involve market research, budget management, and collaboration with sales and management teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

 

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing in the Indian and Bangladeshi markets
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms and regional market trends.
  • Experience working with influencers, partners and content creators.
  • Ability to tailor corporate PR strategies to local audiences.
  • Hands-on experience running online marketing campaigns and managing budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, Russian (Ukrainian) 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
