Lead Generation manager (LinkedIn) Offline

We are looking for a talented Lead Generation Manager / SDR to join our team! As a key player in driving growth and expanding our client base, you’ll collaborate closely with our Business Development Manager and utilize various tools and strategies to identify and connect with high-quality leads. This role is essential to enhancing our outreach efforts and establishing valuable partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct market research to identify the ideal client profile and opportunities for growth.
  • Work effectively within our established lead generation processes.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead searching, validation, and partner identification.
  • Engage in regular writing communication with potential partners.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of how to conduct market research to determine the ideal client profile.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other search tools.
  • An Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • A quick learner with a disciplined, results-oriented mindset.


Great to have, but not 100% necessary:

  • Knowledge of outreach automation tools such as LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Reply.io, etc.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and scrapping tools.
