Toggle Agency is a young and creative digital studio specializing in product design, website development, and branding. We work with clients from the USA, Canada, UK, Dubai, Australia, and Ukraine.

We’re growing fast and have bold goals for this year — including tripling our scale. To help us get there, we’re looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about creating meaningful, user-focused design and ready to work on diverse international projects.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Take part in client briefings and turn their needs into thoughtful design solutions
• Design UI/UX for websites and digital products using Figma (Illustrator and other tools as needed)
• Help define the structure, logic, and look & feel of each project
• Collaborate directly with the founder and other designers
• Contribute to creative direction and UI/UX best practices
   

🔑 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio that showcases websites, digital products, or apps
• Tools: Confident in Figma, Illustrator. Bonus points for basic After Effects or motion skills
• Mindset: You’re creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with modern design trends (but you know when to break them)
• Communication: Strong English skills (B2+) — you’ll communicate directly with international clients
• Initiative: You like to suggest ideas, improve processes, and bring energy to the team

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Webflow or WordPress workflows
• Experience with motion design or 3D
• Worked across different time zones and international teams
