Currently, we are looking for a talented CMO/Head of Marketing to join our team.

What we expect:

  • English proficiency level: B2+.
  • Experience in e-commerce in the European/US market is a must.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing.
  • Experience in effective team management;
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
  • Develop a comprehensive digital strategy for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong skills in managing all paid advertising tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and clients.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to think strategically and conceptually.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and key metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new tools and platforms.
  • Experience with Amazon will be a plus.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve the project’s strategic goals;
  • Communicate and strengthen relationships with the clients, identify the client’s needs;
  • Facilitating team communication towards the business goals;
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies;
  • Plan activities and resources to achieve the set development and improvement goals;
  • Adjust processes and keep up team motivation, monitor team performance;
  • Analyze and manage project risks;
  • Monitor overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action where necessary;
  • Competitor analysis — analyze the competitive environment using various tools;
  • Audit of existing content — analyzing existing content, which materials interact with the audience, which produce results. Identify weaknesses that need to be improved;
  • Working directly with projects, as well as preparing regular reports for clients;
  • Analyzing competitors and the market to determine the most effective audience engagement methods;
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in media planning and creative strategies and implementing new tools and platforms to improve campaign efficiency;
  • Identifying the most effective channels and platforms for ad placement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
