Senior Product Manager
About the Role:
We're growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We're looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of development processes, product lifecycle, business logic, and user needs.
- Strategic thinking skills—the ability to see product and market development prospects.
- Experience in market and competitor analysis, as well as user research.
- Strong prioritization skills and experience in developing product roadmaps.
- Knowledge of analytics fundamentals and working with data (BI tools, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency at B2+ level for effective communication with international clients and partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Developing and implementing a product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and market needs.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, including ongoing support and development.
- Analyzing the market and competitors, tracking iGaming trends to enhance product competitiveness.
- Managing the product roadmap—setting functional priorities to ensure relevance and efficiency.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting user and business requirements, collaborating with business analysts and technical teams.
- Interacting with development, marketing, sales, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and scaling.
- Monitoring key performance indicators, utilizing data and analytics for informed decision-making.
Understanding regulatory requirements and iGaming standards to ensure product compliance.
Nice to have:
- Experience in iGaming or SaaS.
- Understanding of B2B product specifics and monetization strategies.
- Experience launching B2B products in international markets.
- Marketing and B2B product promotion strategy experience.
- Ability to work with product metrics and A/B testing.
