Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

We're growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We're looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of development processes, product lifecycle, business logic, and user needs.
  • Strategic thinking skills—the ability to see product and market development prospects.
  • Experience in market and competitor analysis, as well as user research.
  • Strong prioritization skills and experience in developing product roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of analytics fundamentals and working with data (BI tools, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level for effective communication with international clients and partners.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Developing and implementing a product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and market needs.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, including ongoing support and development.
  • Analyzing the market and competitors, tracking iGaming trends to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Managing the product roadmap—setting functional priorities to ensure relevance and efficiency.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting user and business requirements, collaborating with business analysts and technical teams.
  • Interacting with development, marketing, sales, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and scaling.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, utilizing data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Understanding regulatory requirements and iGaming standards to ensure product compliance.

     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming or SaaS.
  • Understanding of B2B product specifics and monetization strategies.
  • Experience launching B2B products in international markets.
  • Marketing and B2B product promotion strategy experience.
  • Ability to work with product metrics and A/B testing.
