Our company is looking for a Sales/Reactivation manager (call center)

Responsibilities:
 

  • Working with the client base: restoring activity and retaining users.
  • Making outgoing calls to clients.
  • Promoting promotions, bonus offers and loyalty programs.
  • Identifying customer needs, consulting on the company's products.
  • Working with objections, increasing the conversion of customer returns.
  • Reporting, entering data into the CRM system.
  • Interacting with other departments to improve the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales / call center / customer service from 1 year.
  • Experience in iGaming, betting, finance or similar areas - will be an advantage.
  • Confident sales skills and working with objections.
  • Competent oral and written speech.
  • English at level B2 and above (will be a plus).
  • Ability to work in a team and independently achieve KPI.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
