Responsibilities:
- Working with the client base: restoring activity and retaining users.
- Making outgoing calls to clients.
- Promoting promotions, bonus offers and loyalty programs.
- Identifying customer needs, consulting on the company's products.
- Working with objections, increasing the conversion of customer returns.
- Reporting, entering data into the CRM system.
- Interacting with other departments to improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales / call center / customer service from 1 year.
- Experience in iGaming, betting, finance or similar areas - will be an advantage.
- Confident sales skills and working with objections.
- Competent oral and written speech.
- English at level B2 and above (will be a plus).
- Ability to work in a team and independently achieve KPI.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
