Sales (VIP) Agent (German speaking)

We're currently looking for a driven and communicative Sales (VIP) Manager with fluent German to join our team and achieve outstanding results together.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to relevant German-speaking players and gather feedback.
• Identify customer needs and provide detailed information on casino services.
• Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
• Collaborate with the retention and marketing departments.
• Report on sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in online iGaming or digital services.
• Strong communication skills across phone, messenger, email, and SMS.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and eagerness to learn.
• Highly motivated and result-oriented in a competitive environment.
• Previous iGaming experience and SoftSwiss knowledge is a major plus.
• Fluent German (B1-C1) is a must; English at Upper-Intermediate level for internal communication.
