Data Analyst (Product/Operational Analytics)

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for Oneeven.
Location: Cyprus

About our client:

Oneeven is an investment group managing a large portfolio of companies in the iGaming industry. Our primary goal is to optimize the management of the portfolio to maximize revenue and efficiency. Each company has its own unique structure and data ecosystem, requiring data-driven decision-making, and advanced automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anomaly Detection & Operational Data Analysis
  Identify trends, investigate sudden metric fluctuations, and provide recommendations for strategy adjustments.
• Data Quality Control
  Perform regular audits, verify data integrity, and collaborate with portfolio company analysts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Standardization of Metric Calculations
  Maintain unified metric calculation standards and integrate analytical dictionaries for consistent data comparison.
• Preparation of Consolidated Reports
  Analyze data for weekly and monthly observations; communicate insights through data storytelling.
• Statistical Analysis
  Identify correlations, detect trends, and perform a factor analysis of key business indicators.
• ETL / ELT Process Management
  Work closely with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and transformation processes.
• Research & Deep-Dive Analysis
  Conduct in-depth analytical research within specific projects to uncover growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in iGaming / Operational Analytics
  Minimum 2 years. Strong understanding of key iGaming metrics, traffic specifics, and operational performance indicators.
• Excellent SQL Skills
  Ability to write complex queries for handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy)
  For data processing, analysis, and report automation.
• BI Tools Proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
  Experience in dashboard creation and report automation.
• Knowledge of Statistics and Data Analysis Methods
  Understanding of trends, standard deviations, and factor analysis.
• Experience with DWH & ETL / ELT Processes
  Basic knowledge of data warehousing and data transformation processes.
• Strong Teamwork & Presentation Skills
  Ability to formulate analytical recommendations and explain findings effectively.
