User Acquisition Analyst (Freelance, Remote, B2B)
A fast-growing app studio, launched in 2022, is seeking a User Acquisition Analyst to support the growth of their mobile apps through paid advertising and strategic performance analysis.
About the Role:
They are looking for a smart, data-savvy, and motivated individual to join a small international team. The current team includes a French User Acquisition Analyst, a campaign specialist based in the USA, and two additional team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, thrive in a flexible and remote environment, and be eager to take ownership and grow within the role.
This is a freelance, remote-first position aligned with EU working hours. The role is fully B2B and offers flexibility and autonomy in a startup-minded culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Launch and manage paid user acquisition campaigns
- Work closely with external agencies and internal team members
- Analyze large datasets to optimize app performance and growth
- Learn directly from experienced UA professionals and leadership
- Contribute to scaling successful mobile apps with millions of users
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data-driven UA, marketing analytics, or digital campaigns
- Experience working with large datasets; Excel proficiency is expected
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, quick learner, and adaptive
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Fluent in English
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with mobile UA platforms (e.g., TikTok, Applovin, Jetfuel, DSPs)
- Familiarity with KPIs like CPA, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, LTV
- Knowledge of MMPs like Adjust
- Exposure to influencer marketing and ASO
