Account manager / Sales manager

FLH Services is looking for a driven Account Manager to join a reputable international B2B media company with over 45 years of history in the industry.

You will be working with a leading global publisher focused on a specific segment within the maritime and cruise industry.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for selling media and advertising solutions to companies targeting senior-level decision-makers in a niche market.

The role is fully remote with flexible working hours, offering true international exposure.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Build long-term partnerships with businesses worldwide.
  • Communicate with prospects and clients via calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Handle both provided warm leads and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales strategies and meet growth goals.
  • Manage invoicing, contract renewals, and client follow-ups.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuously improve sales techniques.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in media, advertising, or related industries).
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles (not fast, transactional sales).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Fluent English skills — both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of stable experience in a similar role.
