Technical Support
Stape is a product for server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, and are looking for a Support Team member to join our team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.
We are expanding our support team to work 24/7 and are now looking for additions to work night shifts in the office, in Kyiv (м. Золоті Ворота). Shifts are 12 hours with 2 people per shift.
🕵♀️ Requirements:
- Good communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate English (communication in English with our customers);
- Technical background or understanding;
- Quick studying;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
🤩 Would be a plus:
- Experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads;
- Experience in administrating (network troubleshooting, DevTools, logs parsing, etc.);
- Experience with Jira, Confluence.
📚Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product-related questions through email or chat. No calls;
- Maintaining help desk articles up to date;
- Closing tickets in one touch;
- Collaborate with other team members;
- Day & Night shifts at the office in Kyiv (Taxi cost reimbursement) .
