Technical Support

Stape is a product for server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, and are looking for a Support Team member to join our team, which powers thousands of customers worldwide.
 

We are expanding our support team to work 24/7 and are now looking for additions to work night shifts in the office, in Kyiv (м. Золоті Ворота). Shifts are 12 hours with 2 people per shift.

 

🕵‍♀️ Requirements:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English (communication in English with our customers);
  • Technical background or understanding;
  • Quick studying;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

🤩 Would be a plus:

  • Experience in technical support;
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads;
  • Experience in administrating (network troubleshooting, DevTools, logs parsing, etc.);
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence.

 

📚Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with any product-related questions through email or chat. No calls;
  • Maintaining help desk articles up to date;
  • Closing tickets in one touch;
  • Collaborate with other team members;
  • Day & Night shifts at the office in Kyiv (Taxi cost reimbursement) .

1st Stage: HR Interview (30 minutes)
2nd Stage (optional): 15 min Test Task

3d Stage: Technical Interview (45 minutes)
