Chief Financial Officer
Boosty Labs is one of the most prominent outsourcing companies in the blockchain domain. Among our clients are such well-known companies as Ledger, Consensys, Storj, Animoca brands, Walletconnect, Coinspaid, Paraswap, and others. We’re looking for an experienced CFO who will play a crucial role in our leadership team, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a CFO role or in a role closely related to the CFO, where all key financial responsibilities were performed
• Understanding of the IT service business and technology industry specifics
• Understanding of taxation policies in different regions
• Maximum discipline and integrity in handling the company’s financial data
• Previous experience working in an outsourcing company will be a plus
• Experience with cryptocurrencies, particularly a good understanding of USDT/USDC, experience with crypto-FIAT transactions, and its related aspects will be a plus
• Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting and Automation Enhancement:
• Maintain and improve the double-entry financial accounting system in compliance with international standards
• Select and implement simple accounting automation systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar programs
• Develop reports for company management using tools like Power BI for in-depth financial data analysis
Contract Management and Client Financials:
• Maintain and enhance effective processes for contracting and managing client contracts
• Organize a debtor’s account system and conduct collection activities
• Implement an invoicing system and monitor payment statuses
• Develop and negotiate financial terms with clients, possibly participating in negotiations and contract signing in English
Treasury and Financial Controlling Functions:
• Develop and manage the company’s budgets, including the budgeting process and monitoring budget execution
• Establish financial control systems, internal auditing, and financial performance monitoring
