Chief Financial Officer

INB is a fast-growing international company specializing in the production and sale of dietary supplements across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We are looking for an experienced CFO who will develop the financial strategy, ensure effective financial flow management, and support business scaling.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
• Formulate and control the execution of financial plans (P&L, CF, Balance Sheet).
• Analyze financial performance, assess risks, and develop strategies for risk minimization.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity and stable financial growth.
• Manage financial flows and prevent cash gaps.
• Conduct ROI and EBITDA analysis and implement measures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure the company’s economic security.
• Interact with investors, banks, and auditors.
• Automate financial processes.
• Provide management with analytical data for strategic decision-making.
   

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a CFO or Head of Finance.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, CF, Balance Sheet and the ability to verify data accuracy.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring KPIs for financial metrics.
• Expertise in financial risk analysis and management.
• Ability to work with large datasets and forecast financial indicators.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and investment analysis.
• Analytical thinking, strategic approach, and attention to detail.
• English level B2 or higher – ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
