Content Manager (IGaming) to $3000

Right now, we’re looking for a strong Content Manager to help us drive user retention and acquisition through compelling texts, landing pages, email campaigns, and bonus mechanics.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, adapt, and manage content for different audience segments (landing pages, emails, banners, push notifications, on-site content)
- Work at the intersection of marketing and product — this isn’t just about “writing copy,” it’s about shaping meaning, crafting offers, and delivering value in the right tone
- Contribute to retention strategies and framework development
- Collaborate with designers (or use Canva/Figma) to fine-tune content visuals and presentation
- Analyze user feedback and improve content accordingly
- Write and edit content with a focus on uniqueness, clarity, and performance
- Work with in-game mechanics, bonus systems, and tournaments — and talk about them in a way that makes people want to play
- Help shape the product’s content strategy from the ground up
- Manage workflows — from freelancers to designers, when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of content management experience (iGaming / Sweepstakes / Gambling / Betting is a big plus)
- Strong English skills (Advanced+)
- Ability to tailor content to specific audiences
- Understanding of CMS and SEO fundamentals (semantics, meta tags, headers, internal linking)
- Coordination skills: you can guide copywriters, designers, SEOs, and developers
- Product-thinking mindset: you understand what we’re promoting, why, and how it fits into the funnel
- Confident with: Google Docs, Sheets, Jira, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Grammarly
Nice to Have
- Experience in email marketing and CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, custom solutions)
- Familiarity with platforms like Chumba, LuckyLand, Pulsz and their game mechanics (if not — we’ll train you)
- Basic visual/content presentation skills (Figma / Canva)
- Experience with influencer marketing and platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Facebook Ads
- Understanding of UX copywriting principles and landing page structure
