VIP Dormant Reactivation Manager

We are looking for a VIP Dormant Reactivation Manager to engage and re-establish relationships with high-value players who have become inactive. This role focuses on personalized communication, strategic reactivation efforts, and delivering an exceptional VIP experience to encourage players to return.
 

Your main tasks involve:

• Proactively reach out to dormant VIP players to reignite their interest in the platform.
• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with returning players.
• Offer tailored incentives, promotions, and bonuses to encourage reactivation.
• Address concerns related to deposits, withdrawals, or account issues to remove obstacles for returning players.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and engaging reactivation process.
• Track key reactivation metrics and provide insights to improve retention strategies.
• Prevent VIP account closures by emphasizing the benefits of staying active.
• Gather player feedback to enhance the overall VIP experience.
• Utilize multiple communication channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.) for effective outreach.
   

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade VIP players.
• At least B1 level of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic understanding of player behavior and retention strategies.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and data analytics tools (experience is a plus, but not required).
• Passion for gaming, iGaming, or online entertainment industries is a plus.
