As part of Altum, DevOut Labs is a WordPress white-label development team delivering high-quality websites for US-based marketing agencies. While hiring is managed under Altum, this role is for DevOut Labs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end.
- Develop unique & compelling candidate value propositions (CVPs) tailored to each role to attract top talent.
- Filling positions exclusively with A-player candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Use behavioral and technical assessments to identify top talent.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Expand and nurture a network of high-potential A players for future roles.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
About You:
- 1+ year of experience managing end-to-end hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Skilled in recruitment tools like LinkedIn, social media, job boards, etc.
- Proficient in data management tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with ATS systems for tracking candidates and keeping statuses updated daily.
- Ability to nurture relationships and convert prospects into active candidates.
- Strong English skills (B2+), both written and spoken.
- Passion for understanding and representing our culture and values as a brand ambassador.
- Eager to build and expand a network of A players to nurture and attract them in the future.
