Join People for People, an outsourcing company providing world-class support to clients globally. As we continue to grow, we’re searching for a talented Recruiter to focus exclusively on finding top-notch talent, particularly within the iGaming industry and Tier 1 markets.
What You’ll Do:
Proactively source and recruit talent for iGaming roles.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills and cultural alignment.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment trends in the iGaming industry.
- Maintain detailed records of candidates and hiring processes.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for future roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment workflows.
Leverage multiple platforms for candidate sourcing, including:
Social media networks.
Local and international freelance platforms.
Leading job boards and recruitment tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry (minimum 1 year).
- Familiarity with Tier 1 markets and affiliate marketing roles is a plus but not a must.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with a knack for relationship building.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher.
