Technical Support Specialist to $800

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to clients regarding the company’s products

• Resolving technical issues and answering user inquiries via phone, email, or online chat

• Collecting and analyzing user feedback for product improvement

• Documenting and maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions

 

Requirements:

• A technical education is not mandatory, but basic IT knowledge is preferred

• Strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries

• High level of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail

• Experience in technical support is welcomed (minimum 1 year)

 

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working with ERP or low-code platforms

• Familiarity with databases or APIs (not required but a plus)

• Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian; English is a plus
