Our First Products:
 

  • Esper Hand: A self-learning robotic prosthetic hand that detects muscle activity and adapts control to users’ behavioral patterns, enabling more human-like dexterity in everyday tasks.
  • Esper Control: A non-invasive, electromyography-based brain-computer interface that translates muscle signals into robotic hand movements, allowing seamless interaction.
  • Esper Platform: A cloud-based software solution leveraging machine learning algorithms to personalize the control of wearable devices, including the Esper Hand.
     

Role Overview:
Lead B2B2C growth and market adoption of AI-powered prosthetics, balancing B2B marketing, sales enablement, PR, and demand generation. Collaborate closely with engineers, innovators, and the R&D team to align PR and marketing efforts with technological advancements.
 

Our Expectations:
This is a leadership role within the marketing team. Some tasks are executed independently, while others require engaging the current team or bringing in specialists on a part-time basis.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Growth & Demand Generation (B2B2C Sales Enablement)

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and content marketing, to generate and nurture leads.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and market adoption.
  • Support sales through targeted marketing initiatives.
     

2. B2B Marketing & Partnerships

  • Build strategic partnerships with clinics, insurers, and key stakeholders.
  • Align B2B and B2C messaging for effective market positioning.
     

3. PR Management

  • Strengthen brand presence through media, industry insights, and expert positioning.
  • Enhance investor engagement via strategic communications.
     

4. Conference & Event Strategy

  • Lead participation in industry events to boost brand awareness and networking.
  • Leverage conferences for business development and thought leadership.
     

5. Data-Driven Decision Making & Budget Efficiency

  • Use analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize impact.
     

Required Background & Skills:
 

  • Hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and strategic lead acquisition in international markets.
  • Proven track record in launching and scaling hardware products (MedTech, assistive tech, wearables, digital health is a plus).
  • Expertise in lead generation, sales funnel optimization, and demand generation.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset — ability to set and track KPIs, optimize marketing channels, and improve conversion rates.
  • Ability to lead a lean team and outsource cost-effectively (e.g., PR agencies, performance marketing, etc.).
  • Required Advanced (C1) English for confident written and verbal communication with partners, clients, and media.
