Affiliate\Business Development Manager for CPA Team

Its portfolio includes 10+ projects across Adtech, Martech, Mobile Apps, Publishing, AI, and more.

 

Main Responsibilities:

–  Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with CPA networks and advertisers in iGaming, Gambling, and Finance.
– Support media buying teams by testing hypotheses, managing traffic quality, and reducing churn.
– Represent the company at international conferences (online/offline).
– Conduct market research to identify new expansion opportunities.
– Analyze competitors’ traffic strategies and funnels.
– Manage CRM systems (Keitaro, Trello, Docs) and streamline processes.
– Business trips

 

Mandatory Requirements:

– Experience in media buying (iGaming), BizDev, or as an Affiliate Manager
– Understanding of PPC and Facebook ads in Gambling verticals
– 6+ months in the industry
– Established network of CPA advertisers
– Willingness to travel frequently (conferences, meetings)
– English β€” B2 or higher
