Position: Social Marketing Manager (Reddit)
Location: Fully Remote
Working hours: from 12:00 PM to 20:00 PM (Kyiv time)

What You'll Do:
- Create engaging and relevant content to drive traffic and increase engagement on Reddit.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each platform’s unique audience.
- Track results, monitor performance metrics and provide reports (we have 4 accounts).
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Reddit.
- Strong understanding of Reddit’s cultures, rules, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
What We Offer:
- Work schedule - 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Two-three months probationary period
- Fully remote work environment with team members primarily based in Ukraine/Europe.
