We are looking for a skilled Team Lead Back-end Developer (Node.js) with relocation to Cyprus.
โ Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
โ๏ธ Hiring and training technical personnel
โ๏ธ Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
โ๏ธ Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
โ๏ธ Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard
โ๏ธ Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
โ๏ธ Delegating work and assignments to team members
โ๏ธ Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems
โ๏ธ At least upper -Intermediate lvl of English
And for the Developer part:
โ๏ธ In-house platform development
โ๏ธ 3rd party API integrations
โ๏ธ Actively participate in developing new features from scratch
โ Requirements:
โ๏ธ At least 8+ years of experience, 3+ years in leadership
โ๏ธ Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
โ๏ธ Strong leadership and organizational abilities
โ๏ธ Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standards
โ๏ธ 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js
โ๏ธ 5+ years of commercial experience in web development
โ๏ธ Commercial experience of working with DB
โ๏ธ Commercial experience of implementing the REST and WebSockets
โ๏ธ Experience of GIT version control system
โ๏ธ Experience with databases MySQL
โ๏ธ Experience with RabbitMQ
โ๏ธ Experience with Redis
โ Nice to Have:
โ๏ธ Experience with TypeScript
