We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for Oneeven.

Responsibilities:
- Traffic Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Develop and maintain predictive models for traffic analysis, ensuring accuracy and relevance in projections.
- Marketing & Brand Investment Analytics: Analyze the efficiency of media buying channels, assess brand investment performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
- Customer Behavior & Segmentation Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user interactions, payment behavior, and retention patterns to enhance customer segmentation strategies.
- Financial & Performance Reporting: Prepare and automate reports and dashboards for key business metrics such as LTV, ARPU, conversion rates, and retention.
- Data Infrastructure & Visualization: Design and maintain data marts, develop insightful reports, and create interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing and operational strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Data Quality & Process Optimization: Ensure data accuracy, identify anomalies, and contribute to process automation for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years as a Data Analyst, preferably in iGaming, digital marketing, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Analytics & Modeling: Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of key marketing and business metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, LTV, ARPU, retention, conversion rates, etc.).
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and result interpretation.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with iGaming industry trends, traffic sources, and marketing analytics is a plus.
