About the project:
Ads Manager, AI based

What do you need:
● 2+ years as Product Analyst;
● Experience with A/B testing;
● Strong analytical skills;
● Understanding of buying inventory and managing traffic to optimize product reach;
● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI);
● Experience with market research and competitive analysis;
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have:
● Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with product managers and developers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on user behavior insights;
● Create hypothesis, design and run A/B tests and provide insights for improvement;
● Enhance data gathering flows and procedures to include information that is relevant for building product analytics systems and further reporting;
● Create clear and concise visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
● Daily traffic analysis from various sources, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;
● Track and evaluate traffic performance and profitability to optimize campaign results;
● Identify opportunities to improve traffic acquisition strategies;
● User journey data analysis and providing recommendations to improve conversion rates;
● Analysis and evaluation of advertising campaign performance with further optimization.
