Smart Contract Developer (DeFi/Cross-Chain) to $3000

About the Role:
Join our team to design and deploy mission-critical smart contracts powering our decentralized naming service (address resolution for EVM & Move-based chains) and cross-chain DeFi protocols. You’ll ensure security, efficiency, and interoperability across ecosystems like Ethereum, Aptos, and Sui.

What You’ll Do :
- Architect, code, and audit Solidity and Move-language smart contracts for DeFi protocols, naming services, and cross-chain communication.
- Implement upgradeable patterns (proxies, Diamond Standard) and gas-optimized contract design.
- Develop robust testing suites (unit/integration tests) and deployment pipelines for multi-chain environments.
- Collaborate on security practices: static analysis, formal verification, and third-party audit coordination.Research and integrate cross-chain solutions (LayerZero, Axelar, Wormhole) for seamless interoperability.
- Document contract architectures, risks, and governance mechanisms. 

What We Require :
- 2+ years of smart contract development experience with Solidity and/or Move (Aptos, Sui).
- Deep understanding of security best practices (e.g., SWC Registry, reentrancy, oracle risks) and audit processes. 
- Hands-on with testing/deployment tools: Foundry, Hardhat, Move CLI, or similar.
- Experience with proxy patterns (Transparent/UUPS), contract upgradeability, and versioning. 
- Familiarity with EVM chains (Ethereum, L2s) and Move-based ecosystems. Strong grasp of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and gas optimization.

Nice to Have :
- Experience with cross-chain communication (IBC, CCIP, LayerZero) or bridging protocols. 
- Contributions to open-source DeFi projects or blockchain infrastructure (e.g., ENS, Chainlink). Background in financial systems, game theory, or decentralized identity solutions.
