Due to an active expansion into new markets, we are looking for a colleague in Europe, a Recruiter with experience in searching and hiring the affiliate marketing specialists.

   What experience is important for us:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting 
  • You must have experience in closing non-tech positions
  • Experience in the full cycle of work on a vacancy
  • Experience in searching, hunting, managing middle+ level candidates
  • English Intermediate+ level
  • It is nice to have experience in gambling, developed networking in the industry, own candidate database
     

    Your future tasks:

     

โ— Search and selection of candidates using all possible tools and techniques 
โ— Conducting interviews, assessing the candidate's skills and their compliance with the requirements of the position
โ— Coordinating the hiring process from the first contact to the first day of employment of the employee 
โ— Ensure effective communication between candidates and hiring managers at all stages of the selection process 
โ—  Providing feedback and support to candidates during the hiring process. 
โ— Building long-term relationships with candidates.
