Social and Content Specialist

Role Summary 

You’ll be the voice of our clients’ brands on social platforms, creating engaging content and driving community growth. You also handle light creative work (e.g., captions, simple graphics, short videos) and coordinate with the Design Lead for larger-scale assets. 

Key Responsibilities 

Social Media Management: Schedule posts, respond to comments, manage daily interactions on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest. 

Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, basic graphics, or short video content, ensuring brand and design alignment. 

Paid Social Support: Launch and monitor ad campaigns on Facebook/TikTok if needed, in sync with SEO & Paid Media Manager. 

Community Engagement: Monitor and nurture online communities, promptly 
addressing questions or concerns. 

Performance Tracking: Track engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness, subscriptions, sales, ROAS and ROI, workign with the Data Specialist. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Experience: 1–3 years in social media marketing and/or content creation, preferably for e-commerce or subscription models. 

Writing & Basic Design: Strong copywriting skills; comfort using tools like Canva, InShot, or basic Adobe programs. 

Platform Knowledge: Understanding of each platform’s best practices and algorithms. 

Communication: Clear, friendly style that resonates with diverse audiences.
