About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us grow by hiring the right people across both technical and non-technical roles. This is a full-cycle recruitment role focused on quality, speed, and providing a great candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in growing the team, ensuring we bring in top talent, and actively participating in improving our hiring processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (tech and non-tech) across Europe, US, and LATAM
- Source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
- Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Participate in improving and optimizing recruitment processes and tools
- Keep recruitment data, reports, and systems up to date
What We’re Looking For: - 4+ years of experience in recruitment
- 2+ years of experience hiring in a product company
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience hiring in US, Europe, and Ukraine markets
- Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Proactive and well-organized
