Outreach Specialist (LinkedIn + Email + Advanced Outreach)
Format: Remote
Location: Flexible (remote worldwide)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms.
- Find and establish contacts with relevant B2B partners, aggregators, and potential clients.
- Work with cold and warm leads, conduct negotiations, build long-term relationships.
- Generate and test hypotheses to increase conversion and outreach campaign efficiency.
- Use automation (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov, Reply, etc.) for activity scaling.
Interact with marketing team, analysts, and sales department for channel synergy.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B outreach (2+ years) in Western markets (Europe, USA, UK).
- Experience with LinkedIn, email tools, and databases.
- English level B2-C1 (writing + communication).
- Analytical thinking, ability to test, optimize, and improve flow.
Experience with outreach automation is a plus.
