Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will work primarily on UpWork. As a lead generator, you’ll help us generate qualified sales opportunities from Upwork, qualify customers, and assist the Sales Manager in closing deals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Scan & qualify opportunities on UpWork across different categories: UI/UX Design, No-Code Development, Web Development, and Data Science.
  • Create high-quality bids and proposals.
  • Track conversion rates, review analytics, and keep the CRM & pre-CRM up to date.
  • Qualify customer replies and book calls with SQL.

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in UpWork lead generation.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with fluent written communication.
  • Ability to write concise, value-based proposals.
  • Understanding of UX/UI Design and popular frameworks, approaches, and trends in Web Development.
  • Deep understanding of lead qualification processes and reply management.
  • High proficiency with Google Sheets, including filtering, combining lead databases, using formulas, and preparing .CSV files.
  • Experience with HubSpot.

     

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with LinkedIn email generation and campaign tools (such as Instantly, Smartlead, or similar), LinkedIn automation tools (such as Lemlist, HeyReach, Phantom Buster), and enrichment platforms (such as FullEnrich or similar).
  • Experience in scraping data from various sources, building lead lists, enriching them, and validating emails using automation tools.
