Lead Generation Manager

About Us
ProMICE Event Agency is a full-cycle Ukrainian event company with over 10 years of experience in organizing conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, and online/hybrid events both in Ukraine and internationally. We work with international organizations, foundations, and companies, providing high-level event production and procurement services.

Right now, we are in urgent need of new leads and looking for a driven Lead Generation Manager to help us boost our client base.
 

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base, particularly within the Ukrainian market (with future potential to expand across Europe).

This role is flexible:
โœ”๏ธ Full-time
โœ”๏ธ Short-term (2โ€“3 months)
โœ”๏ธ On-demand basis (depending on agency needs)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through various channels: email campaigns, LinkedIn, Facebook, and cold calls
  • Identify and reach out to target audiences/decision-makers
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads for our leadership team
  • Work with Google Sheets to manage lead pipelines and reporting
  • Analyze market segments and find relevant client groups
  • Achieve results quickly โ€” we are ready for new leads now!

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in outreach tools (LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools)
  • Ukrainian language required; English is a plus but not mandatory
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
