Project Manager (Banking)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects based on the Terrasoft (Creatio) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in IT implementation projects, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

The candidate must be able to travel abroad for business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that the project aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
• Experience with Terrasoft (Creatio) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred).
• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience in banking projects is a big advantage.
