We’re Hiring a Project Manager:
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead IT projects across various industries. In this role, you will drive innovation, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality standards while exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate IT projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor team performance and refine metrics for continuous improvement
- Facilitate meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to boost team collaboration
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met
- Adhere to best practices and methodologies in project management
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum
- C1 level English (fluent)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
- Technical background with a solid understanding of IT stacks and technologies
- Experience building development processes and communicating effectively with clients
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with CI/CD and TDD principles
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
