We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Eated
It is a mobile app designed to help users build healthy eating habits without counting calories or following strict restrictions. 
We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.

Our main goal is to make healthy eating easy, accessible, and natural.

To put it simply β€” Eated is your food coach in your pocket.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze competitors and their funnels across different traffic channels (from landing pages to in-app conversions).
  • Research user behavior β€” understand what motivates them, what stops them, and how to fix it (working closely with co-founders and analytics).
  • Build and test funnels β€” starting with web funnels and later optimizing mobile app conversions through continuous A/B testing.
  • Optimize every user journey step β€” from the first touchpoint to purchase and retention.
  • Implement and analyze product analytics β€” collect, integrate, and interpret data using AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Amplitude, GA4, and other tools.
  • Ensure data transparency β€” you will be the go-to person who knows exactly what is happening in the funnels and can back it up with numbers.
  • Move fast, analyze, and improve β€” we focus on results, not processes for the sake of processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing β€” from hypothesis to implementation.
  • Product thinking mindset β€” understanding UX, behavioral triggers, and how to improve user experience.
  • Independence and proactivity β€” no one will tell you what to test; you are expected to bring your own proposals.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with mobile apps or subscription-based products.
  • SQL knowledge for independent data analysis.
  • Experience in UX research and customer discovery.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analytics or personalization.
