Lead Generation Manager/Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Manager/SDR Expert to join our Sales Team. If you excel at LinkedIn cold outreach, lead nurturing, and leveraging sales automation tools, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Strong English skills (B2 or higher, both written and spoken).

• 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation/SDR role.

• Proven experience in LinkedIn-based outreach and lead generation.

Experience with UpWork or similar platforms.

Previous experience working with tenders (a plus).

Strong ability to nurture and qualify leads through the sales funnel.

Knowledge of MEDDIC, BANT, or other sales qualification frameworks.

Ability to process a large amount of information, attention to detail.

Multitasking and strong time management skills.

Interest in the latest trends in IT and the latest approaches to the lead generation process.

• Proactive, responsible, and creative approach to problem-solving.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted LinkedIn cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Utilize UpWork or similar platforms to identify and engage potential prospects.

Leverage sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Clay, LinkedHelper, Grinfi, Snovio, Lemlist, Smart Leads, ZeroBounce, or similar to optimize prospecting efforts.

• Qualify and nurture leads from cold outreach to scheduled intro calls.

Apply qualification frameworks to assess and advance sales opportunities.

Maintain a structured, data-driven, and proactive approach to prospecting to ensure high conversion rates.

Collaborate closely and report to Sales and Account Management experts to ensure a smooth working process and achieve targets.
