Lead Generation Manager/Sales Development Representative

Requirements:
• Strong English skills (B2 or higher, both written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation/SDR role.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn-based outreach and lead generation.
• Experience with UpWork or similar platforms.
• Previous experience working with tenders (a plus).
• Strong ability to nurture and qualify leads through the sales funnel.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC, BANT, or other sales qualification frameworks.
• Ability to process a large amount of information, attention to detail.
• Multitasking and strong time management skills.
• Interest in the latest trends in IT and the latest approaches to the lead generation process.
• Proactive, responsible, and creative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted LinkedIn cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize UpWork or similar platforms to identify and engage potential prospects.
• Leverage sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Clay, LinkedHelper, Grinfi, Snovio, Lemlist, Smart Leads, ZeroBounce, or similar to optimize prospecting efforts.
• Qualify and nurture leads from cold outreach to scheduled intro calls.
• Apply qualification frameworks to assess and advance sales opportunities.
• Maintain a structured, data-driven, and proactive approach to prospecting to ensure high conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely and report to Sales and Account Management experts to ensure a smooth working process and achieve targets.
