We are looking for a dedicated Junior Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will professionally address client inquiries and provide exceptional support, with a focus on enhancing service for English-speaking clients and ensuring timely and effective assistance.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and understand their needs
  • Analyze customer data to provide recommendations and resolve issues
  • Address product or service concerns, determine causes, and offer solutions
  • Foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service
  • Build rapport with clients and manage conflict effectively
  • Contribute to team goals and achieve results
  • Ensure high-quality standards in processing customer adjustments

 

Requirements

  • B2 level proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Confident PC skills
  • Ability to identify problems and present solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Stable internet connection
