Responsibilities:

— Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with clients by communicating effectively to achieve win-win relationships, gathering feedback, addressing their needs, and identifying growth opportunities

— Ensure seamless project coordination by managing small-scale outstaffing projects, delivering milestones on time, and adhering to project goals

— Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary

— Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial viability

— Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, implementing contingency plans when needed

— Address complex problems as they arise, making informed decisions to guide projects toward successful completion

— Identify opportunities for project growth, promote Sloboda’s additional services, propose additional resources, and initiate upselling and cross-selling opportunities

— Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service

Required skills:

— 2+ years of experience in project management in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies is obliged

— Strong theoretical understanding of the technical aspects of the project or a tech background in development

— Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies

— Client-focused mindset with the ability to interpret client needs and propose effective solutions

— Hands-on experience in planning, executing, successful delivery, requirements and risk management

— Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations

— English — Upper-Intermediate
