Selena Courier Service is a boutique, high-quality courier company with 17 years of experience delivering excellence in London. We’re known for our personal approach, same-day and premium courier solutions, and now expanding into "Man and Van" services.

 

We plan routes manually using Google Sheets and Trello β€” no automated CRM systems β€” so strong map logic and adaptability are key. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and take ownership of exciting new service lines.

  • Self-employed setup with performance-based OTE bonuses (on web sales, phone orders, and client accounts you build)

Key Responsibilities:

Courier & Route Coordination

  • Plan and adjust delivery routes manually (training provided on UK roads & address logic)
  • Communicate with drivers and clients in real-time
  • Maintain up-to-date Trello boards and Google Sheets

 

Customer Communication & Admin

  • Respond to delivery queries and updates
  • Track order status, manage records, and ensure smooth delivery flow
  • Support reporting and improvement of coordination processes

 

Sales & Marketing Support (Bonus Responsibility)

  • Assist CEO in sales follow-up, generating leads, and closing orders
  • Earn bonus commission on sales made via phone, website, and accounts you help grow
  • Support occasional blog content, social media, or campaigns

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to self-manage and prioritize
  • Great with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, and basic online platforms
  • Logical thinker who enjoys working with maps, addresses, and route planning
  • Reliable communicator with excellent written/spoken English
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small, dynamic team

 

Bonus If You Have:

  • 2+ years in logistics, courier coordination, dispatch, or operations
  • Admin or virtual assistant experience
  • Background or interest in customer service and growth
  • Understanding of London roads and delivery patterns

 

Role Details:
