SMM Manager (AI Project)

 About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive and creative SMM Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for SPro, an AI-driven educational project targeting international markets. If you have a passion for social media, a keen eye for viral content, and a deep understanding of AI trends, we want you on our team!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SMM strategy for SPro across international markets.
  • Generate creative and viral content ideas to promote the product and attract new users on key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and others.
  • Continuously monitor trends in SMM and AI industries, adapting and implementing them into the content strategy.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and moderate community discussions.
  • Organize and run contests, giveaways, surveys, and other activities to boost audience engagement.
  • Analyze SMM campaign performance, track key metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI), and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SMM, preferably with IT products in international markets.
  • Proven experience in growing Brand Awareness and Revenue through social media.
  • Strong understanding of cross-channel communication (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X, etc.).
  • Passion for AI industry trends and ability to integrate them into content strategy.
  • Ability to create engaging and viral content.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, SproutSocial.
  • Experience with video editing tools like CapCut and others.
  • English level B2+.
  • Self-motivated, able to set priorities and achieve results autonomously.

 

Key Goals for the Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive SMM strategy for the next quarter.
  • Launch the brand’s TikTok account and reach 100,000 impressions within the probation period.
  • Increase the number of followers on key platforms to 7,000.
