SMM Manager

Requirements:

• 1-69 years of experience in SMM, preferably in sports projects;
• You can easily distinguish cringe from based;
• Level 69 meme-archivist;
• You're up-to-date with all trends, allowing you to hype 24/7;
• Basic knowledge of graphic design: composition, typography, colors;
• Profound expertise in top-notch visuals;
• You know how to manage your time, focus, and prioritize based on business goals;
• You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work;
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
   

Will be plus:

• Rap and breakdancing skills;
• Experience in iGaming;
• Skill in Photoshop;
• Skill in Première / Final Cut.
   

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;
• Create and manage engaging social media content;
• Manage social media pages;
• Track and analyze social media metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance;
• Collaborate closely with the team and other departments;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the gambling and betting industry;
• Prepare detailed reports;
• Achieve target KPIs;
• Be prepared for team parties at a moment's notice.
