Entravel is a member’s club for discounted luxury travel and white-label hotel platform provider focusing on the crypto industry, backed by VCs and prominent European founders.

Our hotel product is incredibly strong; we offer more than one million properties, and our rates are amongst the lowest in the world. In fact, on most 5* hotels you won’t find a platform with lower rates than Entravel.

B2B, we work with some of the largest crypto brands in the world and we recently decided to expand our B2C offering with flights and actively engage marketing to grow in particular our mobile app customer base (native iOS & Android) with the clear goal of becoming one of the largest travel booking apps in the world.

 

Position Overview As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be at the forefront of building Entravel’s brand and driving digital growth by designing and executing a marketing strategy from the ground up. This critical role includes full ownership of brand strategy, digital channels, and revenue growth - especially through our mobile apps. You will define and execute our B2C marketing strategy while also working on B2B2C initiatives to expand revenue through our white-label solutions in collaboration with our partners.

We are looking for a creative self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. As CMO, you will lead our marketing and digital growth efforts, assembling a high-performance team to drive hypergrowth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s future and developing an expansive digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute Entravel’s full-funnel marketing initiatives, from top-of-the-funnel community building and influencer marketing to bottom-of-the-funnel conversion tactics.
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead branding efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across social media, website, paid media, email, and influencer campaigns.
  • Drive performance marketing and conversion optimization across key business metrics.
  • Create compelling, engaging content for social media, blogs, product launches, newsletters, webinars, and conferences.
  • Optimize the Entravel platform for marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation.
  • Build, recruit, and mentor a world-class marketing team, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
  • Own and manage a consolidated e-commerce P&L with direct reporting from channel owners.
  • Implement and oversee a full-funnel strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key marketing vendors (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, agencies, etc.).
  • Advocate for progressive marketing strategies, fostering innovation and change within Entravel.

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing and digital growth in B2C startups, tech companies, or e-commerce businesses.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in digital performance marketing.
  • Experience scaling consumer brands and leading high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, including paid acquisition, influencer marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
  • Experience managing and optimizing media budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing marketing teams.
  • MBA preferred, but not required.
