Growth-Focused CMO/COO (SaaS Startups)
About the Role
We’re hiring a versatile, strategic, and execution-driven CMO/COO hybrid to take ownership of growth and operations across two early-stage SaaS companies in the creative and wellness industries.
This is an ideal role for someone with a strong background in marketing-led growth, early-stage startup execution, and cross-functional team building. You’ll work directly with the founder to transform validated products into scalable, revenue-generating businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute go-to-market strategies for both products
• Develop and manage user acquisition funnels (paid, organic, influencer, content)
• Build and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention systems
• Set up internal processes, automations, and scalable ops infrastructure
• Drive data-informed decisions using analytics and user feedback
• Identify and manage partnerships, affiliate/influencer programs, and growth loops
• Collaborate with founder on brand positioning, growth priorities, and hiring roadmap
Qualifications
• 5+ years in growth marketing, operations, or founder-level startup experience
• Proven ability to scale SaaS products from early-stage to meaningful traction
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel metrics, and user behavior
• Comfortable operating with limited resources and building systems from scratch
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent communication, self-management, and leadership skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with film, fitness, or creator-driven industries
Compensation & Structure
• Base salary with performance-based bonus incentives and growth-linked compensation increases.
• Possible equity offering (0.5%–2%) with standard vesting
• Clear path to full-time executive role if fit and traction are strong
