Senior Solutions Architect (Optimizely) Offline

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect (Optimizely) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and Optimizely CMS, as well as experience designing and managing scalable web architectures. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 15 years of generic IT experience, of them 3-5 years of experience as a technical architect managing software projects and serving as the primary technical point of contact and at least 10 years of prior software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Optimizely CMS, Commerce Connect, and DXP (certification preferred).
• Familiarity with Optimizely personalization products.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js, with experience designing and building scalable front-end architectures.
• Experience with key Azure services, including managing event-driven architectures (Azure Event Grid/Event Hubs), deploying applications (Azure App Services), and orchestrating data integration workflows (Azure Data Factory).
• Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of strategic thinking, innovation, integrity, and exceeding client expectations.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field required.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of the English language 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with a Project Manager to evaluate client needs, provide business solutions, and set expectations.
• Collecting, understanding, and documenting business requirements, then translating them into functional and system design specifications.
• Designing and reviewing system specifications, conducting technical reviews, performing system testing, and managing system implementation.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project implementation plans in collaboration with the Project Manager and reporting project status.
• Working with software development teams to review/understand requirements, obtain information on system capabilities, and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Coordinating day-to-day project tasks and implementing multiple projects across product lines.
• Supporting long-term technology strategies and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and technological innovation to drive digital transformation.
• Leading change initiatives, implementing scalable solutions, and adapting strategies to evolving business needs.
• Mentoring junior architects and developers, fostering a collaborative team environment, and sharing technical expertise.
