Technical Support Specialist B2B

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help provide outstanding support to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting Zoom calls to assist users effectively. Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills โ€” ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and providing ongoing support as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities in our ticketing system.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues.

     

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and other tech products. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. A customer-centric attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and Zoom calls.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to developers.
  • Ensure customer requests are properly logged and tracked in our system.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify recurring issues and improve customer experience.
