Recruitment Lead to $3500
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead (iGaming/Tech, non-IT recruitment) to join our client's team and lead non-IT recruitment efforts.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various non-IT roles within organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
* Lead and mentor a team of 7 recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes.
Recruitment Process Management:
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
* Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
Talent Acquisition:
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
