Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage international teams to execute projects at various stages of the startup's growth.
  • Develop and drive key business areas: cryptocurrency cashback, our own cryptocurrency, and investment products for users.
  • Coordinate between marketing and IT teams to launch and optimize the app.
  • Establish and develop partnerships with stores and services to offer cryptocurrency cashback.
  • Create and implement strategies for acquiring new users, including marketing campaigns in different regions.
  • Define and execute strategies to attract investment and manage funds to ensure stable returns for users.
  • Oversee the development of our own cryptocurrency and create strategies to increase its popularity among users.
  • Ensure the integration of the app with various financial instruments and platforms.
  • Prepare reports, analyze project performance, and adapt strategies to maximize results.
  • Support legal and accounting processes related to the launch and international development of the project.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in economics, business, finance, or information technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in innovative or financial technologies (preferably in cryptocurrency or investment sectors).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience working with international teams, especially in launching products across different markets.
  • Ability to work with cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments.
  • Understanding of investment principles and financial management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate with partners and clients.
  • English proficiency at least at intermediate level (for working with international clients/partners).
