Movadex is a medium-sized, internationally awarded software development and design agency. We specialize in delivering high-quality, innovative digital solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated  Junior Project Manager to join our team and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee projects from requirements gathering to release and post-release support, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

- Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure effective information flow among stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

- Coordinate team activities, establish efficient workflows, and support regular project ceremonies.

- Manage cross-functional collaboration between developers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Provide administrative support to senior project managers, assisting with project requirements gathering and status updates.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, track performance metrics, and oversee billing and financial reporting.

- Identify roadblocks, escalate issues when necessary, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.

- Act as a proxy product owner, ensuring project backlog updates for efficient planning and execution.

Requirements:

- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Product Development Phases.

- Basic familiarity with estimation techniques, including three-point and bottom-up approaches.

- Understanding of core IT concepts, including client-server architecture, web and mobile development, and UI/UX principles.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international clients (North America, EU, UK) and distributed cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) and Ukrainian (advanced), both spoken and written.

- Strong leadership, proactivity, and results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with senior support.

- At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects or a solid theoretical foundation in IT project management supported by professional courses.

Nice to Have:

- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (especially AWS).

- Experience in an IT outsourcing or service-based company.

- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and task prioritisation techniques.

- Degree in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
